Modular data centers

Modular infrastructure for private AI.

Plan leased compute, private AI software and the facility around them. Define power, cooling and site responsibilities before installation.

Illustration of a modular compute site in a wide landscape.
Starting point
A new facility or added capacity at an existing site
Deployment scope
Facility, compute and software, defined together
Before the lease
Site requirements and delivery responsibilities agreed

Deployment scope

Facility, compute and software.

Agree what Iftah, your team and any project partner supply, install and operate.

Explore Iftah software
Facility and site works
Electrical supply and distribution, cooling, prepared foundations, physical security, fire protection and site works are assessed and explicitly assigned in the project scope.
Compute and network
Servers, GPUs, memory, storage and networking are selected against the workload. Equipment configuration, capacity and lease scope are confirmed in the quote.
Private AI software
Define the models, access rules, deployment workflow and operating arrangement that turn installed compute into services your teams can use.
Connected or locally managed?

True air-gapped deployments are managed locally, with no live external control connection. Agree offline software updates and support before handover.

Facility systems, civil works, installation and support are not automatically included with an Edge hardware lease. The agreed proposal defines the lease scope, project responsibilities and any separately scoped services.
