We want candidates, customers, and partners to stay safe from impersonation and recruitment scams.
We never charge job applicants
Iftah AI does not charge applicants recruitment fees or require payments for equipment, training or onboarding as a condition of employment. We do not request payments to personal accounts.
Customer invoices
Hardware leases, software subscriptions and customer services are separate commercial purchases. Verify an invoice and its payment details through sales@iftah.ai before paying, especially if bank details have changed.
Official channels
Official company email uses the @iftah.ai domain. Verify recruitment, sales, payment or onboarding requests through the contact details published on iftah.ai before sharing sensitive information.
Report a suspicious message
If a message asks for a recruitment payment, directs payment to a personal account, or unexpectedly requests credentials or financial information, do not respond or pay. Verify it independently through sales@iftah.ai.
